An easy to use cms framework with support for all programming languages From the README:

   * easy to use, program, administrate and understand
   * dump content editable via commandlinee (as in vi)
   * dump content editable via web (for endusers) 
   * allow to reinstantate modules
   * allow to upload files via standard methods (sftp, scp, rsync)
   * allows all programming languages
